We'll dive in to the fascinating world of sauerkraut and kimchi and all the wonderful ways to prepare, customize and enhance other dishes with this condiment. What we're making: - classic white cabbage sauerkraut (simple, and a perfect foundation to be creative) - beet, apple & ginger sauerkraut
Class spots are limited. If you are not able to make the class, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the session so that we can plan accordingly. We do not offer refunds for booked classes. If you do contact us at least 24 hours to cancel we will provide you with a class credit, or you can gift your class to someone.
