Learn how to prepare grab-and-go plant-based meals to keep you energized and vibrant throughout the week! During this live and interactive class Chef Christine will share how to transform a bounty of plant-based superfoods into grab-and-go meals that will keep you going strong all week long.

 

We’re firm believers that the best way to eat healthy is to make it convenient! These plant-based meals (which can mingle with other diets) will easily be your next go-to for creating delicious lunches, snacks and plates for family grazing.


Let’s create space in those refrigerators, grab those storage containers, and get prepping! Menu options will change with seasonal availability.

  • vegetable stock concentrate, dry or paste

The following are ingredients and equipment/ small wares needed for the class. Substitutions can be made as needed and an official list along with recipes will be emailed in advance of class.

Technology: Connect with the chef using Zoom on your computer, tablet or mobile device. The link will be shared in your booking confirmation in advance of your class.
 
Class Participation: Ask questions through audio or chat. Use of video is best.
 
Class Size: Public class sizes are between 5 to 15 connections to provide an opportunity for all guests to participate and ask questions, and engage with one another. Private classes are available and can connect up to 200 guests.
