Hungarian Classics

Chef Christine will join you via Zoom for an engaging and interactive Hungarian Classics cooking class. She’ll uncover the culinary history of Eastern European cooking and take you through each of the menu items, step by step.

Together you will prepare chicken paprika, dumplings with fine herbs, and a vibrant quick pickled cucumber salad that’s the perfect accompaniment to this mouth-watering, rich meal. There will be many opportunities to ask questions along the way.
