IHeartFood Consulting started with a focus on food innovation, product development, and nutritional coaching. We have since spanned to supporting the food industry through product exploration and demonstrative applications that best connect buyers and consumers to the product at hand through virtual and in-person culinary demonstrations and presentations.
Our mission is to work collectively and passionately with mission-based organizations and individuals who are also driven to bring impressionable awareness to their sustainable, nourishing, and crave-able foods and messaging.

Christine Farkas is the Founder of IHFC, a Food Innovator, Research Chef, and Holistic Nutritionist with extensive research and development, culinary and nutrition-driven experience across Canada and the United States.
The bulk of her experience is taking concepts from ideation to retail shelves and beyond. Christine’s background includes working with food companies and commodity groups to create innovative food products and menus to nourish and create market growth, sustainably, as well as showcasing new food innovations to buyers and consumers alike. Her passion is collaboration and bringing her clients' visions to life.
