About me: I am a skilled Food Innovator, Research Chef, and Holistic Nutritionist with extensive research and development, culinary and nutrition-driven experience across Canada and the United States. The bulk of my experience is taking concepts from ideation to retail shelves and beyond. My background includes working with food companies and commodity groups to create innovative food products and menus to nourish and create market growth, sustainably. Much of my work is linked to farmers and the food in which they grow, as well as having a deep connection to ingredient sources.
My mission is to work collectively with passionate, mission-based companies and individuals who are also driven to create sustainable, nourishing, and crave-able foods that make a difference today and well into the future. I work tirelessly (and enthusiastically) to explore the possibilities of foods, taking ingredients and concepts beyond their limits to commercialization, while sharing my knowledge and skills along the way. At my core, I love food, and I am passionate about feeding people while sharing knowledge so we can be a greater force together in this world.
